7-day refund
If you are not happy with OnlineB, cancel within 7 days of your first payment and we will refund the full amount you paid for the plan.
How to ask for a refund
Write to us on WhatsApp (+91 95769 03712) or email (bkynic@gmail.com) with your registered mobile number and invoice number. Approved refunds are sent back to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.
What is not refunded
- Renewals and payments made more than 7 days ago.
- Domain registration fees once the domain is registered.
- Custom work (custom design, software or apps) that has already been delivered, as agreed in its quote.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time; your website stays active until the end of the paid period.
